Made in Minnesota.
Built for the World.

Jun 1, 2026

In a time where outsourcing is the norm and shortcuts are easy to come by, we’ve chosen a different path. One rooted in craftsmanship, accountability, and pride in where we come from.

Everything we build starts right here in Minnesota.

Inside our facility in St. Joseph, every system is engineered, fabricated, assembled, tested, and signed off under one roof by people who have been doing this work for years. That’s not a tagline. It’s how we operate every single day.

It Starts with Understanding Your Operation

Before steel gets cut, before a pump gets specified, before a single panel gets wired, we start with your operation.

We’re not building generic systems. We’re building solutions around real shops, real workflows, and real constraints.

That means understanding the details:

  • The size of your facility
  • Your machine count and throughput
  • Floor drainage and layout
  • Available power
  • Water chemistry
  • Distance from slurry source to system
  • The level of automation you need

Because no two operations are the same and a system that works perfectly in one facility might be the wrong fit for another.

This is where our team’s experience shows up early. The decisions made during engineering pipe routing, pump sizing, access points, and control layout aren’t theoretical. They’re shaped by years of seeing what works in the field and what doesn’t.

Fabrication: Where Pride Shows Up in the Details

Once the design is locked in, the build moves to our fabrication floor.

Every tank, frame, and skid is built in-house. We don’t outsource structural work and hope it meets our standards. Our team builds it, inspects it, and stands behind it.

This is where something less tangible, but just as important, comes into play.

Our fabricators take pride in their work in a way that you can’t fake, and you can’t import. When something rolls off our floor, someone’s name is on it, and they know it.

That ownership shows up in the details:

  • Welds that hold up year after year
  • Frames that stay true under load
  • Systems that don’t loosen, leak, or fail under pressure

This isn’t just about building something that works today. It’s about building something that still works years from now.

Controls & Assembly: Built by the Same People Who Support It

After fabrication, each system moves into controls and final assembly, where everything comes together.

Pumps, valves, sensors, dosing systems, and control panels are all integrated and built in-house. Our controls engineers don’t hand things off to a third party. They design and program the systems themselves.

That matters more than it might seem.

The same engineer who programmed your system is often the same person who understands it when you call months later. The same team that assembled it knows how it’s supposed to run and how to fix it if something isn’t right.

That continuity eliminates guesswork and speeds up support in a way that outsourced models simply can’t match.

Testing: Nothing Leaves Until It Runs

Before anything ships, it gets tested.

Every system is run through a full wet test in our facility. We cycle pumps, verify controls, test dosing, and simulate real operating conditions to make sure everything performs the way it should.

We catch the small things so you don’t have to.

More importantly, we establish a baseline. When your system arrives, we already know exactly how it’s supposed to perform. If something looks off during startup or down the line, our team isn’t guessing. We’re referencing real test data from your system.

For us, this step isn’t optional. If it hasn’t been tested, it’s not ready to ship.

A Team That Stays and Gets Better

What started as a small family business has grown into a 30-person operation, but we’ve never lost the foundation we were built on.

Our employees stick around. The skills compound. The institutional memory builds.

The fabricator who welded a frame in 2018 is still here in 2026. So is the controls engineer who programmed the panel, and so is the technician who picks up the support call.

That kind of continuity isn’t common and it’s not accidental.

It’s a competitive advantage that can’t be copied by spending more on machinery. It can only be built by investing in people.

And for our customers, it changes everything.

From Build Floor to Support Call

When you call in for support, you’re not routed through layers of disconnected service reps or handed off to someone learning your system in real time.

You’re talking to someone who understands it because they were part of building it.

That connection between build and support means:

  • Faster answers
  • More accurate troubleshooting
  • Less downtime
  • Real accountability

There’s no script. No guessing. Just people who know your system inside and out and stand behind it.

Built for the World

While everything we do is grounded in Minnesota, the systems we build are designed to perform far beyond it.

Our equipment runs in a wide range of environments, from cold northern climates to high heat…from hard water regions to soft…from small shops to large-scale operations.

That means every system must be built with adaptability in mind. It’s not just about shipping equipment. It’s about making sure it works wherever it lands.

Built for the World means thinking ahead:

  • Configuring systems for different water chemistries
  • Accounting for regional power differences
  • Designing for serviceability in any environment

No matter where a system goes, it carries the same level of care, precision, and accountability it was built with here at home.

Systems Built for Real Applications

At the end of the day, our systems aren’t built for a spec sheet. They’re built for the realities of your shop floor.

Every product we offer exists to solve a specific problem, in a specific type of operation, under real working conditions.

Our lineup includes systems like the WaveXP, SlurryBoss, SharkFeeder, GreatWhite, MudBoss, MudHen, and Recon each designed with a clear purpose and application in mind.

For stone fabrication shops, that often means managing slurry, reclaiming water, and keeping production moving without interruption. Whether it’s a high-throughput facility running multiple bridge saws and polishers or a smaller shop looking to get control over water usage and cleanup, our systems are designed to fit the scale and complexity of the operation.

In precast and concrete environments, the demands shift, but the need for reliability doesn’t. These applications require durable systems that can handle heavier solids, variable flows, and tough conditions day in and day out.

That’s where the difference in our approach shows up.

We’re not trying to force a one-size-fits-all solution into every shop. Each system is engineered around how it will actually be used, how material flows through it, how operators interact with it, and how it needs to perform over time.

Because everything is built in-house, we can adapt. Whether that means adjusting capacity, reworking layouts, or dialing in automation levels, we’re able to tailor systems to match the application instead of asking the application to adjust to the system.

The result is equipment that doesn’t just work in theory. It works where it matters most on your floor, during your production hours, under your conditions.

Why Minnesota?

We get the question often: why build everything here?

The answer is simple. The result is better.

This is where we’ve built our team. This is where our standards were established. And this is where we can control every step of the process without compromise.

Being Made in Minnesota isn’t just about location. It’s about values:

  • Doing the work the right way
  • Taking ownership of what we build
  • Investing in people, not just production

And that shows up in every system that leaves our floor.

Full Circle Water – From waste water to water control.

More Than a Tagline

Made in Minnesota. Built for the World. isn’t just something we say, it’s how we operate. It’s the decision to keep everything in-house, the pride our team takes in their work, the experience that builds over time and stays. It’s the connection between the people who build your system and the people who support it.
