Roadrunner

Blade Coolant Additive for Stone Fabrication

What it does

RoadRunner is a liquid coolant additive that reduces friction and heat right where it’s made: at the blade. It forms a thin lubricating layer between tooling and stone, so blades and bits glide smoothly through even the densest material. The result is up to 75% faster cuts on the hardest surfaces*, lower amp draw on your saw motor, and tooling that lasts significantly longer between replacements.

Beyond cooling and lubrication, RoadRunner improves the quality of every cut. Cleaner edges, fewer chips, and reduced edge blowout mean a better finish on ultra-hard surfaces — and less time spent on remakes. It also adds protection against corrosion and rust to steel tool components, keeping your equipment in better condition between uses.

*Up to 75% faster vs. cutting hard surfaces without a coolant additive; results vary by material, blade, and machine.

How it works

RoadRunner is a liquid additive delivered directly into your saw’s existing water line. There’s no special equipment or complicated installation required, and it’s compatible with all fabrication equipment. As the treated water reaches the cut zone, RoadRunner forms a lubricating film between the blade and stone that carries heat away from the blade surface throughout the entire cut — maintaining optimal cutting temperatures from start to finish.

RoadRunner is specifically formulated for the demands of porcelain, quartzite, and Dekton — the hardest, most heat-intensive surfaces in stone fabrication. It comes packaged in a 5-gallon jug and is ready to connect to your existing setup with no additional hardware.

How it benefits your operations

LONGER TOOL LIFE

Blades, bits, and tooling last significantly longer between replacement and sharpening, reducing your cost per square foot.

FASTER CUTTING SPEEDS

Push your workflow harder on even the most demanding surfaces without compromising quality or stressing your equipment.

BETTER SURFACE FINISH

Cleaner edges, smoother surfaces, and fewer chips mean fewer remakes and a higher-quality product for your customers.

REDUCED RISK OF BREAKAGE

Tools and material are less likely to overheat, deform, or snap under heavy use — protecting your product and your equipment.

LOWER AMP DRAW

Less friction means less load on your saw motor, reducing energy consumption and wear on your machine.

LOWER OPERATING COSTS

Less wear, fewer replacements, and faster throughput add up to cleaner, more profitable production runs.

Equipment trade-ins

We we offer trade-ins on our equipment—and on competitor equipment—to make transitioning to the right solution easier and more cost-effective.
