Cadillac Stone Works – Cadillac Stone Works is a Las Vegas stone fabricator that needed to recycle a large quantity of water to a high degree of clarity. We installed a 45 cubic foot filter press to provide crystal clear water to their CNC equipment.
“I own a granite and marble countertop fabrication firm in Texas. We fabricate and install a large number of countertops each week and we utilize a lot of water in the process of cutting and polishing stone.
I contacted Pristine about purchasing a system to clean up my water and reuse it in our facility. I had an older system that took some of the sludge out but didn’t provide the clean water I needed for more CNC and polishing work. When I spoke to other water firms they wanted me to throw that equipment away and start over with new equipment. Challenge: J & H granite needed higher quality recycled water for use on their CNC and polishing equipment. Their current water equipment did not clean the water enough to feed to anything but saws.
Solution: Pristine offered a system that utilized their existing water system along with a new filter press to provide very clean recycled water back to the CNC and polishing equipment. The new system minimizes downtime and cleaning of the filter press.
