Full Circle Water offers convenient self-dumping cake carts for easy disposal of your slurry cakes. The low-profile design of the cake cart allows for convenient loading. The cake cart is placed directly below your filter press so that cakes fall directly into the cart. When full, simply lift the cake cart with a forklift and easily dump the contents into a dumpster or other secure container. A cable is pulled from the seat of the forklift to dump the contents. The unit returns to an upright and locked position when lowered to the ground. A safety restraint is provided to secure the hopper to the forklift, which must be attached when dumping. The cake carts can swing past a full 90-degree tip angle and have a cushioned rubber bumper stop. The process is not only easy, it’s fast. This allows you to get back to work quickly.
Cake carts are available in three convenient, standard sizes. They are available as standard items in 48, 60, and 72 inches. Cake carts can be up to 3 cubic yards in size, depending on your needs. The carts are available in white and blue as standard finishes. Casters and different duty levels, including cake cart steel thickness and capacities, are optional. Custom sizes and colors are available upon request.
